COMMUNICATION EXCELLENCE AWARDS
For the first time, CCEKS will recognize Chambers for their communication excellence.
Friday, October 3, 2025 – Deadline to submit
Tuesday, November 4, 2025 – Award Submission Presentations and Recognition of Winners at Fall Conference
- An organization may submit multiple entries, but only one submission per category.
- If a submission fits more than one category, it may only be entered one time.
- Entries should be projects that were completed with the last two years (2023-2025).
- Chambers will present their submission at the 2025 Fall Conference on November 4th. Conference attendees will vote for “Best of the Best” in each category.
- Only one “Best of the Best” will be awarded to a chamber who submits multiple entries.
- Campaigns – Campaigns include advocacy/public policy campaigns, economic development campaigns, branding/rebranding initiatives, membership drives/campaigns, industry recruitment, social media, crisis communication campaigns, special projects.
- Event Marketing –Event Marketing includes event invitations, event advertisements, and event promotion. *Entries in this category may be submitted as a compilation of all marketing materials for a virtual/hybrid/in-person event.
- Digital Media – Digital Media includes websites, blog sites, apps, videos, podcasts.
- Print & Electronic Publications – Print & Electronic Publications includes annual reports, legislative agendas, community guides, community reports, directories, magazines, relocation guides, sponsorship guides, newsletters.
Categories: Chambers by dues size:
Category 1: Chambers with membership dues $20,000 or less
Category 2: Chambers with membership dues $20,001 to $100,000
Category 3: Chamber with membership dues over $100,001 to $200,000
Category 4: Chambers with membership dues over $200,001+
